Pedro Gato Andeyro

Pedro Gato is a Senior Partner at Syntagma Partners, where he advises boards of directors and senior management teams on strategy, organization, corporate governance, and the search for key leaders.

With more than 30 years of experience in sectors such as technology, infrastructure, healthcare, consumer goods , and industry, he has held senior management positions and led IESE's Executive Education division.

He is an International Advisor at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and a member of several advisory boards. He holds a Master in Civil Engineering and an Executive MBA from IESE and specialized training in Corporate Governance. He is a member of the IC-A and the British Institute of Directors (IoD).

Marisol Martín-Cleto

Marisol Martín-Cleto is a Senior Partner at Syntagma Partners, where she advises senior management, boards of directors, and advisory committees, as well as on national and international board and executive searches.

With more than 30 years of experience in top-level positions, he has led internationalization processes, mergers, acquisitions, and complex organizational transformations.

She is an expert in leadership, corporate governance, and senior management team development. She holds a Master in Civil Engineering from the University of Madrid (UPM), a PhD cum laude, a Master's degree in Business Administration, and is certified in Corporate Governance by the IC-A. She is also a professor at Deusto Business School.

Carmen Motellón Garcia

Carmen Motellón is a Senior Partner at Syntagma Partners, an expert in Corporate Governance, independent board evaluation, and independent director search.

She is currently an Independent Director at Cecabank and Mercedes Benz Financial Services Spain, with active participation on key committees. Her career combines solid experience in the public sector, such as the Directorate General of the Treasury and the CNMV, and in institutions such as Grupo Cajamar and SAREB.

She holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the UPM, an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa, and is a Senior Civil Service Officer, focused on IT.

Fernando Yarto Ferrández

As a Partner at Syntagma Partners, he brings more than 15 years of experience advising on Talent and Corporate Governance to Executive Committees, Boards of Directors, and family businesses.

He has led numerous senior executive and independent board search processes, as well as advisory projects in various sectors. He began his career in the insurance sector and held senior positions in Internet and New Technologies before becoming CEO of the Dorlast industrial group.

He holds a degree in Economics from the UCM, completed his PDG at IESE, and holds the Certificate and Diploma in Good Corporate Governance from IC-A.
